In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

2.1 By accessing the jll55 Platform, registering an Account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other platform-specific rules, bonus terms, or game rules that may be published on jll55.org from time to time. All such documents are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the binding agreement between you and jll55.

2.2 These Terms and Conditions apply to all Members regardless of the device, browser, or connection method used to access the Platform. Access via mobile browser, desktop browser, or any future application interface all constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2.3 If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another individual or entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that individual or entity to these Terms and Conditions. jll55 reserves the right to request evidence of such authority at any time.

3.1 Age Requirement. Access to and use of the jll55 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, in accordance with the minimum legal gambling age applicable in the Republic of the Philippines under PAGCOR regulations. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility. The jll55 Platform is operated for and directed at players in the Republic of the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or using the Platform. jll55 makes no representation that access or use is legal in any jurisdiction other than the Philippines.

3.3 Registration Requirements. To register an Account, you must:

1. Be at least 21 years of age;
2. Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address;
3. Not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of jll55 or its affiliated companies, or an immediate family member of such persons;
4. Not be self-excluded or otherwise prohibited from gaming on any platform or under any applicable law or regulatory order;
5. Not have a previously closed, suspended, or terminated Account on jll55 without prior written authorization from jll55 to re-register.

3.4 One Account Per Member. Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts ("multi-accounting") by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any funds therein.

3.5 Account Verification. jll55 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at registration or at any time thereafter, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine National ID, passport, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension until verification is completed.

4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jll55 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials confidential.

4.2 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not you authorized such activity. You must notify jll55 immediately via in-platform live chat or at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use of your Account or any security breach.

4.3 Accurate Information. You must keep your Account information accurate and up to date at all times. Material changes — including changes to your registered mobile number or linked payment method — must be communicated to jll55 support promptly. jll55 reserves the right to suspend Accounts where the registered information is found to be materially inaccurate or where inconsistencies are detected.

4.4 Account Currency. All Account Balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on the jll55 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). jll55 does not offer multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion costs arising from payments in non-PHP currencies are the sole responsibility of the Member.

4.5 Dormant Accounts. An Account shall be considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. jll55 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant Accounts and, subject to applicable law, to close Accounts with zero or de minimis balances following a period of inactivity.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jll55 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, Visa, and Mastercard. Accepted payment methods may be updated from time to time and are displayed in the Cashier section of your Account.

5.2 Deposit Minimums. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. Minimum and maximum deposit limits for each payment method are displayed at the time of deposit.

5.3 Funds Ownership. By depositing funds into your jll55 Account, you represent and warrant that:

1. The deposited funds are legally yours and are not derived from illegal activity;
2. You are the authorized owner or user of the payment method used to make the deposit;
3. The deposit does not violate any applicable law, including laws relating to anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing.

5.4 Processing Time. GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to the Member's Account balance in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer and card deposits may take up to one (1) business day to process depending on the institution involved. jll55 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

5.5 No Interest. jll55 does not pay interest on Account Balances. Member funds are held separately from jll55 operating funds in accordance with applicable platform management requirements.

6.1 Verification Prerequisite. Account Verification (Section 3.5) must be completed before a Member's first withdrawal request is processed. jll55 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing pending completion of verification for any subsequent withdrawal if new verification concerns arise.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Members to GCash are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes under normal operating conditions, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Processing times for other payment methods may vary. jll55 makes no absolute guarantee of processing times where delays are caused by third-party financial institutions.

6.3 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the Member's deposit, subject to the availability of that method for withdrawals. jll55 reserves the right to require alternative withdrawal methods in certain circumstances and will communicate such requirements to the affected Member.

6.4 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the Cashier at the time of request. jll55 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures to large withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.

6.5 Outstanding Wagering Requirements. Withdrawal requests submitted while active bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding will be subject to the terms of the relevant bonus. Where a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are met, jll55 reserves the right to deduct the bonus amount and any associated winnings prior to releasing the withdrawal.

7.1 jll55 may from time to time offer Bonuses and promotional incentives to Members. All Bonuses are subject to these Terms and Conditions and any specific bonus terms published on the Platform at the time the Bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail with respect to that Bonus.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise specified, Bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before the bonus funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each Bonus is specified in the Bonus terms at the time of offer.

7.3 Bonus Abuse. jll55 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any Bonus — and to close the associated Account — where jll55 reasonably determines that a Member has:

1. Opened multiple Accounts to claim bonuses more than once;
2. Provided false registration information to qualify for a Bonus;
3. Exploited a technical error, software bug, or system glitch to obtain an unintended Bonus;
4. Engaged in coordinated bonus abuse with other Members or third parties.

7.4 Bonus Expiry. Unless otherwise stated, Bonuses and associated free spins have an expiry period as specified in the bonus terms. Unused Bonuses that expire will be removed from the Account without compensation.

7.5 jll55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Bonus or promotional program at any time, with or without notice, provided that any modification does not adversely affect Bonuses already accepted and actively in progress by a Member.

8.1 Game Availability. jll55 offers a range of Games from third-party software providers. The availability of specific Games may vary and may be subject to change without notice. jll55 does not guarantee the continued availability of any specific Game title.

8.2 RNG and Live Dealer Integrity. Slot and e-game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) operated by licensed software providers. Live casino outcomes are determined by physical means — cards, dice, or roulette wheels — in professionally operated studio environments subject to third-party auditing. jll55 does not alter or interfere with game outcomes.

8.3 Interrupted Sessions. In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during gameplay, jll55 will endeavor to complete or void the affected game round in accordance with the applicable game rules and provider protocols. Where a game round cannot be completed, any wager placed on that round will be credited back to the Member's Account.

8.4 Malfunctions. jll55 is not liable for any loss arising from game malfunctions, technical errors, communication failures, or interruptions beyond jll55's reasonable control. Game results displayed in error due to a technical malfunction shall be void and any amounts incorrectly credited will be reclaimed by jll55.

8.5 Game Rules. Each Game available on the Platform is governed by its individual game rules, which are accessible within the Game interface. Members are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing wagers.

9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jll55 Platform:

1. Money Laundering. Using the Platform to launder, conceal, or disguise the proceeds of illegal activity, or to facilitate any transaction designed to evade anti-money laundering laws;
2. Fraud. Using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulent payment instruments; providing false identity information; or attempting to obtain funds through deceptive or dishonest means;
3. Underage Gambling. Registering or attempting to register an Account if under 21 years of age, or knowingly allowing a minor to use your Account;
4. Collusion. Engaging in any coordinated scheme with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including but not limited to chip dumping, ghosting, or collusion in live poker or other skill-influenced game formats;
5. Cheating Software. Using any software, tool, script, bot, artificial intelligence, or other automated means to interact with the Platform in a way that provides an unfair advantage;
6. Arbitrage. Placing wagers on outcomes across multiple platforms or accounts in a coordinated manner designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome;
7. Chargebacks. Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals on deposits made to the Platform;
8. Exploitation of Errors. Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or display errors to obtain funds or benefits not legitimately owed to you.

10.1 jll55 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework seriously. The Platform provides a suite of player protection tools, all accessible directly from the Member's Account dashboard without requiring contact with support.

10.2 Available Responsible Gaming Tools. Members may at any time:

1. Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits;
2. Set daily, weekly, or monthly loss limits;
3. Set session duration reminders;
4. Request a temporary cool-off period (minimum 24 hours);
5. Request a self-exclusion period (minimum 6 months), during which Account access will be suspended.

10.3 Self-Exclusion. Members who request self-exclusion will have their Account suspended for the requested period. During self-exclusion, the Member will be excluded from all marketing communications from jll55. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the active exclusion period. Members seeking to extend their exclusion period may do so at any time by contacting support.

10.4 Underage Access Prevention. jll55 enforces a strict 21+ age restriction and conducts age verification as part of the registration and first-withdrawal process. Members who suspect that a minor has access to their Account must change their credentials immediately and notify jll55 support.

11.1 All content on the jll55 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, game interfaces, data compilations, and the overall selection and arrangement of Platform content — is the property of jll55 or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international treaties.

11.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for their own personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not permit:

• Reproduction, distribution, or public display of any Platform content;
• Modification, adaptation, or creation of derivative works from Platform content;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the Platform;
• Use of data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the Platform.

11.3 Any unauthorized use of Platform content or intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and may expose the violating party to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

12.1 No Guarantee of Winnings. The jll55 Platform is provided as an entertainment service. jll55 makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee that use of the Platform will result in profit for the Member. All gaming involves risk of financial loss.

12.2 Service Availability. jll55 shall use reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be unavailable during scheduled or emergency maintenance periods. jll55 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from Platform unavailability that is outside jll55's reasonable control.

12.3 Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jll55's total liability to any Member for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.4 Third-Party Services. The Platform integrates third-party game software and payment processing services. jll55 is not liable for the acts, omissions, errors, or failures of third-party service providers except to the extent required by applicable law.

12.5 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit jll55's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13.1 jll55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at any time, with or without notice, where jll55 has reasonable grounds to believe that the Member has:

1. Violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
2. Provided false or misleading registration information;
3. Engaged in prohibited conduct as described in Section 9;
4. Failed to complete required verification within a specified timeframe;
5. Placed jll55 at risk of regulatory, legal, or reputational harm.

13.2 Member-Initiated Closure. Members may request Account closure at any time by contacting jll55 support via in-platform live chat or at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining verified Balance will be returned to the Member's registered payment method after completion of any pending verification and settlement processes, less any amounts owed to jll55.

13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon Account closure or termination, all licenses granted to the Member under these Terms and Conditions shall immediately terminate. Provisions of these Terms and Conditions that by their nature should survive termination shall do so, including Sections 9, 11, 12, and 16.

14.1 The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of Member personal data by jll55 is governed by the jll55 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

14.2 jll55 processes Member personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines and implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect Member data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

14.3 Members have rights with respect to their personal data under the Data Privacy Act, including the right to access, correct, and in certain circumstances request the deletion of their personal data. Requests may be directed to [email protected].

15.1 jll55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Members via notice on the Platform homepage and/or via the registered email address, with reasonable advance notice where practicable.

15.2 The current version of these Terms and Conditions is always accessible at jll55.org/terms-conditions. The effective date displayed at the top of this document indicates when the current version came into force.

15.3 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 13.2.

16.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

16.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between a Member and jll55 arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. Members may initiate this process by contacting jll55 support at [email protected] with a written description of the dispute.

16.3 Jurisdiction. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of the Member's written notice, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for resolution of the dispute.

16.4 Waiver of Class Action. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any claim or dispute shall be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of a class, collective, or representative action.
